Jo Stratton from Jo's Healing Cabin will be providing us with a Sound Bath - exciting.
Whilst Lying down, or sitting up, however you're comfortable, enjoy a Relaxation and Guided Meditation followed by Sound Bath with Tibetan Singing Bowl, Crystal Singing Bowl, Shamanic Drum, Rattles, Tingsha Bells, Chinese Bells, Chimes, Rainsticks, Percussion. Also Smudging. (If allowed in venue?)
Sound baths can help to reduce stress, anxiety and pain.
Sound baths can help to release emotions and tension.
Sound baths can help to improve mood, wellbeing and sleep quality
Sound baths can help to increase focus and clarity.
You're invited to bring along your own Yoga mats, blankets, cushions, meditation cushions, anything to help make you comfortable.
Wear comfy clothes.
Free to attend unless bringing children then it's £5 per family.
