Full Moon Nidra Sauna Food

Dreamy, starry nights on the beach... Watching the full moon sinking into the ocean, allowing yourself to rest and relax. To breathe a little bit deeper and to let go of any tension that is weighing you down...

This cooler season is a pure opportunity to pause and stay cosy and warm, while enjoying this deep connection to the nature's cycle.

Our magical evening under the night sky on Friday at 6-8pm is going to be extra special. We'll meet to celebrate the Full Moon and to get immersed into the YOGIC SLEEP, to enjoy tasty VEGAN FOOD and each other's company. This will be followed by hot and cold immersion by the SAUNA on the beach.

The evening starts with 45 minutes yogic sleep experience with the use of Silent Yoga UK headphones led by Anna and a gathering by the fire to enjoy deep fired vegan burritos made by a local famous chef Vegan Magda. You'll be able to listen to the music or share the experience with others. 65 minutes access to The Saltwater Sauna on the beach starts right after and is there to challenge the power of our minds.

To keep cosy and warm, we'd like you to wear comfortable and suitable clothes, bring a mat or a blanket, sleeping bag and at least one hot water bottle. Please bring a mug, hot dairy free chai available at all times.
