Join the Boys & Girls Clubs of Muncie for the second annual Lemonade Day!
Our middle school youth have been hard at work developing a business plan, recipes, learning financial management, and more all summer. Now it is time to see the results! On July 15th from 11:00am - 2:00pm at the Boys & Girls Club, each group will set up their lemonade stands for the public. Youth will keep 50% of the proceeds and donate 50% to a nonprofit of their choice!
Please come support our Club teens! The mission of Lemonade Day is to help prepare youth for life through fun, proactive and experiential programs infused with life skills, character education, and entrepreneurship. The foremost objective is to help today’s youth become the business leaders, social advocates, community volunteers and forward-thinking citizens of tomorrow. We want to build self-esteem and new mindsets that can propel youth to success they likely would not have pursued otherwise.
