By booking through Suave Singles you confirm that you accept to the terms and conditions set out below.

It is not our responsibility to check on the personal information given to us by our guests as to their age marital status or any other aspects of their background. You are advised to verify their personal information to your own satisfaction.

Please apply the same level of caution when contacting a fellow guest that you would making any new acquaintance.

Under GDPR we will not give out any of your personal information without your express permission unless the law requires us to do so.

Under any unforeseen circumstance render an advertised venue unusable we reserve the right to move the event to an alternative one. Should this be the case we will always provide our guests with as much notice as possible.

On the occasion of an event being cancelled we do not provide refunds but will credit your account for a future event.

We are not able to accept cancellations at all.

We always do our upmost to provide a balance of males and females at each event but we cannot guarantee this and accept no responsibility for an uneven ratio.

All guests are asked to treat their fellow guests with respect and courtesy. Should any guest become offensive or abusive we reserve the right to refuse admission or expel them. In such case there will be no refund.

We cannot guarantee that guests will receive matches at our events.

We take no responsibility for any emotional upset or physical harm that may arise from communication with other guests before during or after one of our events without limitation.

Suave Singles events are held in venues across the UK which we have no control over. Therefore in the event that you are injured or suffer damages to yourself or your personal items of any kind at one of our events you agree to release Suave Singles from any liability.

We will have filming sound recording and photography at the events by the Company and to the use by the Company of any such recording or photography anywhere in the world for promotional marketing and other purposes.

By purchasing a ticket to a Suave Singles event you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are single.

Guests are responsible for turning up on time there is no refund or compensation for late entry.
