LEARNSCAPE by Catapult

The Catapult Learnscape will be a 0.5-day immersive learning experience targeted at the strategic engagement of professionals in talent development and learning design to offer a unique experiential learning journey targeted at career enrichment. This immersive event will equip participants with innovative tools and methodologies to identify and nurture talent effectively, fostering a culture of continuous learning and imparting actionable insights alongside a strategic framework to implement in their respective organizations, ultimately contributing to a more effective workplace.

This event seeks to enhance the value proposition for Catapult’s trajectory as South-East Asia’s executive learning center through the organization of professional development programs, with the inception of “Catapult Learnscape” being the pilot for potential skill enhancement events to foster greater brand recognition for Catapult and to be an ostensible disruptor in the executive learning environment.

The workshop aims to host professionals from Human Resources, Learning and Development as well as business leaders from related sectors through the creation of a diverse and dynamic environment conducive for collaborative learning and career enrichment. By bringing together a multidisciplinary group of experts and practitioners, Catapult Learnscape seeks to foster rich discussions that address contemporary challenges and trends within talent development.

The event will be done in the unique Catapult way focusing on experiential and immersive learning and aims break the mold of conventional learning conferences. We envision pulling together streams of roundtable, clinic, workshops, and sprint event.

Participants will be divided into three specialized learning groups, each concentrating on a distinct theme pertinent to talent management and learning design. Each group will delve into essential dimensions of talent management, such as innovative recruitment methodologies, advanced employee development techniques and the effective integration of technology in learning frameworks. This strategic segmentation allows for an in-depth exploration of critical topics, fostering meaningful discussions and collaborative problem-solving.

Through the collective engagement in a blend of interactive workshops, comprehensive case studies, and experiential activities designed to apply theoretical concepts to real-world challenges, participants can align their experiences with their professional aspirations, facilitating the immediate applicability of insights gained.
