UFIT Christmas Community Event

What better way to spend a Saturday morning than on the beach with family and friends exercising and soaking up the sun!

In partnership with Rumours Beach Club, we're hosting two bootcamp classes with a variety of equipment and games to get your heart rate high and endorphins flowing!

• 09:00 - 10:00am - Family Workout
• 10:00 - 11:00am - Adults Only Workout

After the workout, cool off with an ice bath, courtesy of our friends at Tundra, to calm your mind and leave you feeling refreshed, then join the party to celebrate Rumours' 5th Anniversary. All participants will get 15% off food and drink on the day of the event, plus there will be DJs from midday onwards, so make sure you reserve a bed and enjoy some lunch by the pool.

Please bring a towel, toiletries, swimwear for the ice bath, sun cream, hat and water. Dogs are also welcome.
