Join sewing author and instructor Shelly Figueroa for a fun, hands-on class learning to make a comfortable and adorable skirt for children ages 1–10.
We focus on simple sewing techniques to create a polished, comfortable garment, especially for kiddos who are sensitive to scratchy/bulky seams.
You’ll Learn:
How to cut and prepare fabric, create a French seam for a smooth, finished interior, measure/insert elastic & finish
You supply your machine, favorite fabric, thread and elastic; we'll send you a complete detailed supply list in advance of the class.
