Are you a novice or beginner looking to delve into the world of sewing? Join our Tote Bag Sewing Class designed specifically for newcomers to sewing! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the essential skills needed to create a practical tote bag.
Foundational Skills Taught:
* Making an even seam
* Top stitching
* Pressing and hemming
* Turning a tube
* Adding lining
* Boxing a corner
* Adding a pocket
Prerequisites: Bring your own sewing machine. You will need to know how to use your machine, i.e. threading, winding a bobbin, and locating basic functions. If you need
help with this prerequisite, contact The Craft Box for a one on one Beginner Machine Operation class.
All other materials and tools will be provided, including fabric.
