Learn to Play: Catan
Spend your Sunday afternoon discovering one of the world's most beloved modern board games!
Whether you've always wanted to try Catan or you're completely new to hobby board gaming, this relaxed Learn to Play session is the perfect place to start. Our friendly hosts will teach you the rules, guide you through your first game, and be on hand to help throughout, so no previous experience is needed.
Come on your own, with a partner, or bring a friend and enjoy a welcoming, social afternoon with fellow gamers in our comfortable lounge.
During the session you'll learn how to:
- Gather and manage resources
- Build roads, settlements and cities
- Trade with other players
- Develop winning strategies
- Compete for victory points to become the ruler of Catan!
Our kitchen and bar will be open throughout, serving great food, coffees, soft drinks, cocktails and local beers, making it the perfect way to spend a relaxed Sunday afternoon.
This event is for ages 18+ only. Spaces are limited, so booking in advance is recommended.
