Wine Making Class
• Pick your wine (classic kit or Island Mist)
• Pick your bottle (green, clear)
• Pick you shrink cap color
This is a 3-session class. It is a hands on instructional at a local winery with beverages, light appetizers, and wine sampling included. Sessions will average 45 minutes to one hour of class and processing time. You will leave with an average of 26-30 bottles that you created.
Session1 Day 1-
Introduction of class and process. A little history, with Q and A time. All stages will be shown on this day in case a session is missed. We will start step one on this day.
Session 2 Day 21-
The yeast has had time to do its magic. It is time to stop the fermenting, and rack the wine. Enjoy fellowship and more samples.
Session 3 Day 28-
BOTTLING DAY… YAAAAAAAAAAY
You may pick your wine from Prohibition Home Brewing the day of class. 15+ varietals to choose from.
The class cost is $350 which allows a student with one guest. Additional guests may join for $50 each (does not include wine kit).
