Dim Sum means "a little touch of the heart" and consists of a variety of dumplings, steamed dishes and chilled desserts.
In this fun hands-on class, we will fry bite-sized pastries, fill and fold dumplings, and more, as you learn to prepare a variety of centuries-old favorites with easy to find ingredients. Soon you’ll be hosting your own Dim Sum gathering at home, sure to impress family and friends.
We'll sit down and enjoy everything at the end of class!
