Learn the Art of Bookbinding

Learn the art of bookbinding with the Coptic stitch. A kit to make a book will be provided to each student. To make your book unique, choose from provided fabric covers that have been eco- or ice- dyed. Embellish your cover with anything you wish to bring from your stash of beads, buttons, bits of lace, paper, stitching threads, rubber stamps, etc. When your work of art is completed, you can show off your finished book as you use it for sketching, holding your favorite photos, and journaling/art journaling.

Bookbinding is such a unique art and so much fun!!! You can incorporate mixed media, memorabilia, photos, transfers and so much more!!!
Ages 16 -17 welcome accompanied by an adult! $65
