Leadership and Hormones
About this Event
Leadership & Hormones
Women’s Health, Menopause & the Future of Work
Female Ventures invites you to an evening exploring one of the most important, and often overlooked, conversations in women’s health and leadership.
Hormonal shifts don’t wait for a convenient moment. For many women, perimenopause and menopause arrive at exactly the point when their careers, responsibilities and influence are at their peak. Yet the conversation around women’s hormonal health and the support available at work still lags far behind.
Join us in Amsterdam for an honest, evidence-informed conversation with three leading voices in women’s health. Together, we’ll explore the latest developments in menopause and women’s health across Europe, from closing the care gap and understanding the science of hormonal transitions to the practical question of how women can navigate this stage of life with greater energy, confidence and agency.
We’ll also look beyond individual health: what can workplaces do differently to recognise women’s health as a priority rather than an afterthought?
