Our mission is to empower and equip the next generation of female athletes in leveraging

their sport experience for their professional future. She’s The Moment is a platform for

women in sport to develop as leaders through mentorship, engagement and educational

components.

To us it’s important to build leaders in Canada for multiple reasons. Empowering the next

generation of female athletes will help increase representation in sport and build female

leaders through the power of sport. We wanted to create a business and brand that supports female athletes from the root of the problem.
