About this Event

Our mission is to empower and equip the next generation of female athletes in leveraging
their sport experience for their professional future. She’s The Moment is a platform for
women in sport to develop as leaders through mentorship, engagement and educational
components.
To us it’s important to build leaders in Canada for multiple reasons. Empowering the next
generation of female athletes will help increase representation in sport and build female
leaders through the power of sport. We wanted to create a business and brand that supports female athletes from the root of the problem.
By giving athletes a platform to grow and find their voice. We believe that this will increase
representation in female sports across the board as well as
Our goal for this event is
- Help women use the skills they've learnt in sport and leverage that into their professional futures
- job recruitment and networking
- increasing representation in sport
- help give girls and women direct role models in sport
