LCF Sampled: Meditation and Creative Intention Setting Workshop

Join us in the empty galleries at LCF for a 75 minute session designed to inspire peace, clarity, and fresh ideas as you begin the new year and upcoming term.

Take part in guided meditations designed for rest and renewal, and set mindful intentions for your creative projects in 2025. By meditating and setting intentions in this open gallery, you will shape the blank space with your creative visions, using the stillness to spark fresh inspiration for the year and term ahead.

The session will conclude with a calming sound bath, enhancing your well-being and fostering inner peace to fuel your creative vision for the year ahead.

Seating will be provided, and we recommend bringing something warm, like a jumper or scarf, to stay cozy during the meditations. If you'd prefer to lie down, feel free to bring a yoga mat for extra comfort.

This event is led by Mirren Kessling, Priestess of the Stars; a facilitator, celebrant, and curator who creates contemporary rituals that offer meaning, purpose, and connection.
