Anyone wanting to connect to their feminine is welcome, even without a physical womb, come as you are, open to connect to your feminine energy ✨🧘🏼🧘🏽‍♀️

This yoga class runs through a yoga flow that is focused on activating and amplying your divine feminine energy & centering in the power of our womb (physically & energetically)💜

The asanas, breath & transitions we integrate are a take on vinyasa focusing on the energetic and physical areas of our body that most activate our feminine connection & flow.

Moving our bodies, spirit & energy into a flow that lets our divine feminine shine & amplify 🪷 🧜🏽‍♀️✨

All classes at Moment operate on a 3 tier pricing option.

General Admission: Is the base reccomended price for the class exchange- reflecting a fare amount for what is offered.

General Admission Abudant: For anyone that feels the exchange amount is higher, and can pay forward that exchange.

*We also offer a Low Concession ticket-for anyone on lower income, or going through recovery (suggested donation amount for low concession is £8-10. For this option please do contact us directly.
