Laughter Yoga combines simple yoga breathing techniques, with gentle movement, and lots of intentional laughter. Appropriate for all ages and skill levels, this class will be mostly seated with some invitations to stand if the participant feels inclined to do so.

Meet Lindsey: I've been practicing Yoga since the age of 15. I received my 200hr teaching certificate in 2019 from Yoga Okoboji in Spirit Lake, IA. Specializing in accessible Yoga for Every Body, I've mostly taught privately, in Northwest Iowa.
