Close out your month with a slow, supported practice led by Shannon. Restorative Yoga invites deep relaxation and gentle release using bolsters, blankets, and mindful stillness. Inspired by Judith Lasater’s teachings, this session helps soothe the nervous system and create space for grounding and renewal.
All are welcome, all props are provided, and no previous yoga experience is needed. Come settle, soften, and start the next month feeling restored.
