Have you ever completed 108 sun salutations? It’s a common practice around the solstice and equinox to flow and release energy. This practice can be deeply moving and meditative as you find your flow and move through the sun salutations.
This class is accessible to all bodies and experience levels. We will complete the first 10 salutations together and then you will be free to move at your own pace, taking breaks when needed. Everyone will receive counters to keep track of your salutations, and refreshments will be provided upon completion. Expect this to take between 2-2.5 hour to complete.
Tickets are $35 per person.
