I am so very excited to announce that the amazing Jamie Brown will be coming to share laughter with us!
I have had the amazing privilege of attending 3 of her laughter yoga workshops, this is life changing stuff and I am so honored she is coming! This is a free event, but Jamie is coming to us from pretty far away so I will have a donation jar up if anyone wants to bless her for coming.
We will share a delicious potluck, circle up for a brief introduction, and then Jamie will lead us on a laughter journey.
What to bring:
a dish to share.
yoga mat/blanket/pillow to sit on
journal and pen

bring your best gal friend
