Step back in time during Echoes from the Porch: Bringing History to Life, a one-of-a-kind historic home porch tour presented by the James Harrod Trust.
As you stroll through one of Harrodsburg's historic neighborhoods, you'll visit featured homes where actors portraying former homeowners and notable figures from our community's past will greet you from their porches and share the stories that shaped Kentucky's oldest town. Through engaging first-person performances, history comes alive in the very places where it happened.

Where: The Lawn, next to Olde Town Park, at the corner of E. Poplar and S. Main St, Harrodsburg, KY 40330
Tours begin at 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., with each guided experience lasting approximately 90 minutes.
Tickets are $15 per person and may be purchased in advance via the link below or at check-in if space remains. Guests should arrive at least 20 minutes before their scheduled tour time for check-in.

Tour Information & Participant Acknowledgement
Tours last approximately 90 minutes and include extended periods of walking and standing on uneven sidewalks, streets, and other outdoor surfaces. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.
