✨ MEMBERS-ONLY VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY ✨
If you've seen the show Landman then you know EXACTLY what kind of morning we're looking to have 🤗💕🥂
One of the things that makes Polk County Women Mean Business so special is that we don't just build businesses together. We serve our community together. ❤️
On Monday, August 10, from 8:00-11:00 AM, we're bringing the Confidence Closet on Wheels to Arbor Hills Assisted Living for a Landman-inspired morning filled with confidence, connection and fun!
We'll be spending the morning with the residents & staff, offering:
🤍 Shopping the Confidence Closet
🤍 Hair styling by our PCWMB members (names coming soon)
🤍 Makeup by our member Shelley Burt with Mary Kay, along with other talented PCWMB members who are volunteering their time (we'll be announcing everyone as details come together!)
🤍 Mocktails
🤍 Music, laughter, and meaningful conversations
🤍 A whole lot of love and encouragement
We're looking for PCWMB members who would love to volunteer with us that morning!
We're also accepting donations to help make the event even more special, including:
✨ Gently used women's clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories for the Confidence Closet
✨ Beauty products
✨ Small gifts
✨ Flowers
✨ Gift cards
✨ Snacks or treats
✨ Or if you have another service or idea you'd like to donate, we'd love to hear it!
Our goal is simple: to help the residents feel beautiful, loved, celebrated and seen. Sometimes a fresh lipstick, a new outfit, or simply sitting and sharing a mocktail with someone can make a bigger difference than we realize. ❤️
