Join us for the Rath Senior ConNEXTions Center’s monthly educational meeting:
We are pleased to welcome representatives from You Thrive Florida, Seniors First and the Senior Connection Center to share information about the valuable programs and services they provide to support older adults and caregivers throughout our community.
During this meeting, our guest speakers will share resources available to help individuals age independently, access benefits and supportive services, connect with community programs, and navigate caregiving and long-term care options.
About these organizations:
You Thrive Florida promotes healthy aging through advocacy, education, wellness initiatives, and community engagement opportunities. Seniors First will discuss services designed to help older adults maintain their independence, including nutrition programs, in-home support, and caregiver assistance. The Senior Connection Center will highlight its role in connecting individuals with information, referrals, and Aging and Disability Resource Center services that help seniors and people with disabilities access the resources and support they need in their communities.
