The Lakeland Sunrise Rotary Club is hosting our 5th Annual Back To School Backpack Meal Packing party to celebrate the start to a new school year! This event is for for members of the Lakeland Sunrise Rotary Club and guests.
Together, We will pack 10,000 meals which will consist of shelf-stable items for elementary students who have food Insecurities at home. Each bag will be discreetly sent home with the student on friday for meals to cover saturday and sunday. We look forward to having Rotarians and friends of Lakeland Sunrise Rotary Club come out to party with us Friday, August 14th 5:30pm. The event should last approximately 1.5 hours with check in beginning at 5:30 pm Light Refreshments and sweets will be served.
