The REALTORS® Land Institute Tennessee Chapter is hosting LANDU Education Bootcamp in Chattanooga this fall with RLI & GCAR, and this is an opportunity you will not want to miss.

Greater Chattanooga REALTORS®
LIA is one of the three Core Courses required toward the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation, but you do NOT have to be pursuing the ALC to benefit from this course. You can take LIA on its own, add the other Core Courses, or complete all three during Bootcamp.

• Determine a property's highest and best use
• Analyze cash flows, rates of return, ratios and yields
