This workshop helps women quickly identify time-wasters and low-intent behavior in dating—before months or years are lost. You’ll learn how to spot early warning signs, recognize repeating patterns, and evaluate actions instead of words so you can make clearer decisions sooner.

We all have different priorities at different stages of our lives. What may have been acceptable—or even fun—in earlier years can quietly become misaligned later on. This session focuses on developing the awareness to recognize when someone no longer fits your current goals, and the confidence to act on that clarity without second-guessing yourself.

The focus is not dating apps or surface-level advice, but discernment—understanding what has real potential versus what is simply taking up space. The goal is to help you protect your time, energy, and future.

This daytime meetup will be held in a relaxed park setting. Dress comfortably and come prepared to take notes. Please bring your own snacks and beverages. The atmosphere will be casual, respectful, and centered on learning, reflection, and real conversation.
