🥊 GIRLS OPEN SPARRING DAY! 🥊We’re hosting an open day of FREE sparring on Sunday 9th November from 1pm — and all female boxers are welcome! 💥
I find it extremely hard arranging sparring for us women… everyone’s always up for it until it gets close, then it never seems to happen 😅
So let’s change that — come down, get some good rounds in, and help build a stronger network of female fighters 👊
If you know anyone who’d benefit, tag them and invite them down! This isn’t a day full of ego — it’s a day to help, support, and learn from each other 💖
