Labyrinth Move and MeditateEvery Third Wednesday Evening at Unity of Walnut Creek
Take time once a month to join yogi and vocalist Annika Ananda for a sacred evening of movement, sound, and stillness.
We’ll be gathering indoors during the winter months — Nov 19, Dec 17, Jan 21, Feb 18, and Mar 18
Each ceremony begins with a walk on the outdoor Labyrinth, when weather permits, or we’ll have a metaphorical labyrinth indoors. Our journey continues indoors with tension-releasing gentle movements adaptable for all physical abilities. This is followed by a restorative meditation with Sanskrit chanting and Solfeggio sound healing in the community room. Additionally, join us for Seva (sacred service action projects for the community), a growing group of young adults building leadership and kindness; going off the mat and into the world.
Chairs and yoga mats are provided.
This practice supports self-discovery, deep connection, and renewed compassion – relieving stress and awakening wholeness through shared sacred experience.
When: 3rd Wednesday of the Month from 7:15 to 9:00 pm
Where: Meeting in the Community Room, Sanctuary and Labyrinth.
Cost: A suggested donation of $25 and free to Seva participants (join us to find out more about how you can help)
About Your Instructor:
Annika Ananda is a yoga practitioner, musician and artist offering sacred movement ceremonies in the San Francisco Bay Area and Colorado. With over 20 years of experience teaching Dharma Yoga, Annika combines Sanskrit Chanting and Solfeggio Sound Healing for a deep return to the soul.
