About this Event

Rustic Italian cooking comes to Fortnum’s in this instalment of our Kitchen Stories series, where chef Dara Klein will be sharing more from his new book La Trattoria.

Raised in her parents’ bustling Italian restaurant, Dara Klein - chef behind Tiella trattoria & bar - has been cooking since childhood. After two years as resident chef at London’s Compton Arms, she returned home to share unfussy, flavour‑driven recipes. She distils her culinary experience into approachable dishes and techniques that help cooks build instinct and confidence, just like an Italian mamma!

Blending behind‑the‑scenes stories from London’s liveliest restaurants with practical advice for creating exceptional food at home, La Trattoria serves as both a definitive guide to Italian cooking and a heartfelt celebration of family‑run eateries everywhere.
