Chatterbooks is coming to North Chingford Library from 6th January 2024!

Chatterbooks book clubs are run in partnership with The Reading Agency and are an opportunity to develop a child’s love of books in a friendly and supervised environment.
The Chatterbooks Club at North Chingford Library will meet from 2.00pm to 3pm on the first Saturday of every month. The club is for children aged 7-11.
Typical sessions will involve a theme, such as Adventure or Funny Stories.
Children will build their confidence by briefly talking about books they’ve been reading since the last meeting.
There will be activities and games based on the session’s theme with
relaxed discussions and shared ideas about books.
Children will choose a book to take home and read for the next Chatterbooks meeting and will help decide the next theme.
