exactly what our La Dolce Vita workshop is all about. You’ll work in

pairs, cook side by side, and discover the fun of community-style

cooking. Some ingredients are pre-prepped to keep things easy, so

you can focus on what matters most: cooking a little, dining a little,

and meeting like-minded food lovers.

Learn to build and plate the Chef`s Special Italian

Cheese Antipasti, fresh, seasonal, and full of flavor

Make and assemble tiramisu, whip mascarpone cream and layer

with pre-baked Savoiardi biscuits

Pasta Dough from Scratch – Learn the art of pasta making as

you knead, roll, and shape your dough.

Make Your Own Pasta Filling – Craft unique fillings of your

choice and personalise your creations.

Community-Style Sauce Demo – A chef-led demonstration of

two classic sauces: Herb Butter and Classic Italian Tomato.

Both sauces will be shared with participants to toss and finish

their handmade pasta.

Chef’s Special Italian Cheese Antipasti: Learn the art of

assembling a beautiful, refreshing Antipasti to complement

your Pasta.

Tiramisu Making: Work in pairs to prepare your own

mascarpone cream and then plate tiramisu in a modern,

stylish way using pre- made savoiardi and mascarpone

This workshop is perfect for food lovers, groups , friends, or
