The Monsoon Table invites you to an intimate, one-night-only supper club that pays homage to the land, people, and culinary heritage of Himachal Pradesh — a region where mountain life beats in rhythm with the rains, the seasons, and the soil. This edition of the Himalayan Monsoon Supper Club takes you through the diverse culinary landscapes of Kullu, Chamba, Kangra, Lahaul, and Spiti, where ancient foodways thrive amidst terraced fields, forest trails, and snow-fed valleys. Inspired by the quiet strength of Himalayan women and the seasonal abundance of the monsoons, the evening unfolds as a multi-course feast woven with stories, textures, and heirloom flavors. From the celebratory spirit of a traditional Himachali dhaam to the earthy richness of wild-foraged greens, this is more than a meal — it’s an edible love letter to a culture rooted in resilience and reverence for the land.
Curated in close collaboration with 000 Farms, who work with small-scale cultivators across Maharashtra preserve, and share indigenous ingredients, this experience places provenance and sustainability at its core. Every ingredient has a story — of hands that harvest, villages that nurture, and traditions that endure
