Led by artist Glenna Cardinal and commissioned as part of the Indigenous Public Art Program’s 2026 Tsuut’ina Commission project, this event brings together ceremony and storytelling in connection to the land. Join us to discover an afternoon of deeply rooted cultural activities and shared learning.

SCHEDULE
Noon to 12:30 p.m. — Open the circle
12:45 to 2 p.m. — Beading workshop
2:15 to 3 p.m. — Oral history presentation of Tsuut'ina maternal family
3:30 to 4:45 p.m. — Singing and drumming demonstration
5 to 6 p.m. — Supper break (Indigenous catering)
6:30 to 7:15 p.m. — Sounds performance and storytelling
7:30 to 10:30 p.m. — Fireside gathering
