The Summer Solstice marks a powerful turning point, the longest day of the year, symbolizing fullness, expansion, and illumination. It is a time to celebrate how far you’ve come, to stand in your truth, and to consciously choose what you are ready to grow next.

We will begin with a ceremonial cacao ritual, working with this ancient plant medicine in a heart-centered and intentional way. Cacao is known for its gentle yet powerful ability to open the heart, deepen emotional awareness, and strengthen connection to self, to others, and to the natural rhythms of the Earth.

Guided in alignment with the energy of the solstice, you will be invited to:
• Reflect on what has come into full bloom in your life
• Acknowledge the light you’ve cultivated within yourself
• Release what feels heavy, complete, or no longer aligned
• Set clear, heart-led intentions for the season ahead

As we drink cacao together, we anchor into gratitude, presence, and expansion mirroring the sun at its fullest expression.

From this grounded and open state, you will be gently guided into a restorative sound bath, where healing frequencies will support integration, energetic alignment, and deep inner stillness. The vibrations will help carry your intentions into the body, allowing them to settle beyond the mind and into your entire being.
