In this 1.5 hour Kundalini Yoga class, we will be doing a complete routine of a Kundalini Yoga class which includes Kriya (sets of Physical exercise), deep relaxation and meditation.
Most of the time, we close our eyes when practicing Kundalini Yoga.
It is definitely an experience to connect to your inner self, to relax, to align your different aspects.
