I'm super excited to be teaming up with Laura Sandham Dance School on Weds 22nd July - a unique workshop/retreat for mums & daughters!! Minimum age 8yrs, but no age cap 😍 xxx partner Pilates & Yoga, simple massage techniques, mindful sandart/crafting, easy breathwork, visualisation meditation. A fabulous way to connect with your daughter/mum, feel energised and chilled. Just £40 per couple! I cant wait! Xxxx
