Yogalates, Yin & Breathwork

In this 90min class we'll combine the strength, control and precision of Pilates with a fun, fluid vinyasa style yoga before dropping into the deep stretches and longer holds of a Yin practice. Calming breathwork will be woven throughout to help you release long held tension from your body and mind.
This practice is ideally suited to those who've been practicing Pilates/Yoga/Yogalates for a while and those who can easily transition from floor to standing via traditional yoga sequences.
All equipment provided but please bring a small pillow and blanket for savasana.
