Chi Generation Kriya
A simple kriya that generates Chi. A strong life force makes a human being totally alive, alert & present while a weak force results in sluggishness & fatigue. You can increase & develop your chi to overcome illness, become more vibrant & enhance mental capacity.
Chi is our prana, life force energy. Everything in creation is made up of electromagnetic energy vibrating at different frequencies that correspond to sound, light & colour. The existence of electromagnetic fields around every object in the world - know as AURA - The Chinese refer to as Chi the vital life force energy which flows through the body pathways know as meridians & Chakras in order to maintain healthy & wellness.... mentally, physically, emotionally & spiritually.
