Kundalini Yoga & Sound

Kundalini Yoga & Meditation is a powerful practice that includes pranayama, movement, and mantra meditation. Begin your weekend by resetting your nervous system, strengthening your magnetism, and clearing out subconscious blocks. We will finish with a deeply relaxing and rewarding sound journey.

• Sound Bath can include: gong, crystal bowls, chimes, bells, drum, shakers, rain stick, ocean drum, vocal toning, and more.
