Kundalini Yoga & Song

Join me, Hannah Duffy, for a Kundalini Yoga class and song circle at Ember & Ice! If its cold out it will be held in a cozy heated yurt, but if its warm enough we'll be outside. In this class I'll guide you through movement, breathwork, meditation, chanting and of course my favorite - singing!

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness, designed to shake up stagnant energy, shift patterns, and move emotions up and out all to create space for something new...

Get ready to practice mindfulness, shift some feelings and anxiety that may need some love, and sing your heart out. No experence with Kundalini Yoga or singing necessary - in fact I love when folks who are new to either of these join my classes.

Important Parking Info: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to find parking and get settled in. Park either along the fence on the north side of Arapahoe Ave, by the fence. Or, in the motel parking lot but only in the green spots by the steps. If full, you may have to find parking in the residential area east of the motel.

Practicing outside - We may practice outside if it is nice weather (~50F+) However, it is often cool in the shade so be sure to bring an extra layer, and some sunblock or sunglasses as well. You're also welcome to bring a blanket, pillow, or anything else to keep you comfy. There are some yoga mats and a few pillows at the space.

Info for optional sauna session -- If you'd like to sauna after class, please purchase the KY Class & 60-Min Sauna Session. This session will start at 3pm (to give you 30 minutes after class to change, go to the bathroom, etc.). You can wear shorts, swimsuits, or loose fitting clothing.
