This 90-minute workshop blends accessible education, embodied exploration, and gentle yoga practices to help you better understand and feel your pelvic floor in everyday movement and rest. Designed for athletes, mothers, perimenopausal women, fitness educators, and anyone curious about building sustainable support from the inside out.

Expect a mix of discussion, experiential movement, breathwork, and a deeply restorative guided relaxation. You'll walk away with a better understanding of your own body and with tools to incorporate into your existing exercise or daily routine.
