11:00am - NOON: Enjoy Sauna + Cold Plunge Recovery Sessions (reserve your spot by selecting a ticket for the "hour session")

WHERE:

• 200 Arapahoe Ave Boulder, CO, Boulder, Colorado 80302
• Sauna + Cold Plunge Sessions: Wear A Swimsuit, Bring A Towel, Water Bottle, Slip-On Shoes (Reservation for 1 hour time slot - you can arrive 10 minutes before the session time to fill out waiver)
• Please note: there is a changing tent with open cubbies available on-site, only bring what you need
• RÊVE Residents will have VIP ACCESS to Ember & Ice from 11am-Noon.

Space is limited / participants must be 18+ / and pre-registration and liability waiver is required for sauna + cold plunge sessions (waiver can be signed the day of event, on-site at Ember & Ice)
