We will explore the energy created in each chakra and learn a mantra for the chakra. A handout sheet will be provided to take home each session. These classes involve a deep exploration of the energy we create in each chakra/using specific kriyas, meditations, a few asanas, and a mantra. Benefits:

Modifications available. Work at your own pace and levels.
