This retreat is a supportive space to align with that energy, to nurture yourself so that what you plant can grow fully and freely.Through guided meditation, movement, sacred rituals, and more, you’ll learn to soften into trust, release the urge to force growth, and cultivate the inner conditions that allow your intentions to flourish. Together, we will create a container for rest, clarity and reconnection, giving yourself the nourishment needed to tend the seeds of your life and your spirit.
By the end of the day, you’ll leave with a renewed sense of purpose, practical ways to care for your energy and your inner light shining brightly to carry you forward into the weeks ahead.
