Awaken your pure potentiality with this powerful practice that combines breath, movement, mudra, meditation, and mantra.Kundalini Yoga is known as the ‘yoga of awakening’. Scientific studies have shows that Kundalini Yoga can help restore neural pathways, improve cognitive function, regulate your nervous system, and more.
Each workshop will consist of;
-a short lecture to introduce our topic
-our theme/what we will be working on that day
-benefits of our kriya practice
-our kriya practice (a set of poses and exercises combined to create a particular outcome)
-long deep relaxation to integrate
Students will leave with more tools for their toolbox and feel inspired, calm, clear, rejuvenated, and uplifted.
