If you’re in a moment of transition, reflection, or quiet becoming, this space is here to support you in reconnecting with your body, breath, and inner clarity.

• Beginners welcome — no prior experience needed

What we’ll be doing
A guided, slow-paced ceremony blending:
• Gentle yoga
• Breathwork
• Shamanic journeying
• Carefully curated music
Together we’ll focus on:
• Shedding old layers and outdated patterns
• Restoring vitality and energy to the body
• Setting intentions that feel embodied, honest, and sustainable
This is a nervous-system-aware space.
Nothing is pushed. Everything is invitational.

Those who are able to contribute at the $44 level help pay it forward, making this ceremony accessible to someone else in need.
What to bring / what’s provided
• Water will be available
• Journals encouraged (or bring something to write with)
• Light, grounding refreshments will be available following the ceremony
Because of the shamanic nature of the work, this is a substance-free experience.
If possible, participants are asked to refrain from alcohol for 48 hours prior to support clarity, integration, and energetic safety.
