ABOUT THE CLASS
Join Ali Fitzpatrick on Tuesday, January 27th for a special Kundalini Meditation and Gong Bath for Peace and Healing.
This evening is being held as a healing community space in response to the fear, grief, and nervous system shock many are experiencing currently impacting our communities. When collective safety is threatened, it can live in our bodies as anxiety, hypervigilance, or helplessness, even if we’re not directly targeted.
Gathering together to breathe, move, meditate, and receive sound allows us to regulate our nervous systems, release stored fear, and return to our hearts. This is a space to ground, to remember our shared humanity, and to restore inner peace through connection rather than isolation.
We’ll start with a short movement practice, followed by a longer meditation to really drop us into our hearts and into the quantum field. We’ll close our time together with an extra long Savasana Gong Bath to let all of the energies of the evening integrate.
Please bring a mat (and pillow/blanket if you like) for your practice and the gong bath in the sanctuary.
As a 20 year student of yoga and meditation and 30 year student of music and frequency, Ali brings a unique embodied experience that helps drop you into your heart and soul to hear the deeper wisdom within wanting to emerge through meditation, movement and sound.
