Kundalini Dance Meditation and Sound Healing

After the amazing success of our last event of this kind at Posture and Poise, we decided to do it all again.

We welcome you to a wonderful experience of Dance, Meditation and Sound.

The evening will start with a dynamic Kundalini Osho Meditation with Gemma our certified Tantra Meditation teacher.

This is different from any meditation you may have experienced before. Gemma will take you through a series of four parts; beginning with shaking.

For a period of time we will be standing and shaking our body freely to the hypnotic beat of the music.

The second part is dancing, dancing to your own heart music. The music will guide you, with closed eyes moving freely and dynamically. Move how the body wants to dance. Energising your whole being.

We will then stand or sit for the third part. Witness whatever is happening inside. You are moving towards a new birth.

The forth stage you can lie down or sit, this is when something may happen. Whatever is not needed will move out of the body, just be still and enjoy the feeling. Feel a deep gratitude for the energy building inside you. Allowing yourself to just be. Pure bliss....

We will then join together for a herbal tea break, a little journalling if you wish and a chat.

The Sound Bath will then follow.... Fiona will take you on a flow of sounds that will gently take you to a place of meditative peace and healing.

Singing bowls, chimes, gongs and kalimbas create a Healing Sound story that send vibrational waves through your body as you lie wrapped in blankets for an hour of complete 'you' time.

Please wear comfy, even floaty clothes, to move freely in. A blanket and pillow (pillow is optional) and any thing else that will make you feel warm and completely comfortable.
