Hello❤️join Theresa for the first of a series of seven Kundalini Dance offerings❤️we will journey through the chakras beginning with Muladhara Chakra (root) and open each energy wheel through mantra chanting and movement ❤️each class is inspired by the Goddess Shatki and her many different forms❤️we will begin with Ma Durga❤️class will start with a short discussion and move into a kundalini tradition of setting sacred space through the Adi and Mangala Charan Mantras followed by honoring the Divine Feminine with the mantra Adi Shatki❤️this is an empowering and divinely guided workshop and all are welcome ❤️if you are familiar with this movement or have no experience with it, this class if for you❤️looking forward to this journey with you❤️and special thanks to Edward, owner of Aspire Wellness for welcoming me into his space to offer this beautiful workshop ❤️Cost is donation based💜give what is in your heart 💜all proceeds benefit Aspire Wellness and their efforts to offer wellness to their community 💜
