At "The Journey Within," we encourage you to take an introspective look at yourself and explore the depths of your being. With the guidance of Trauma Informed Coaches Jesse and Genia Silva, you will learn how to change your experience in life by discovering your limiting beliefs, how fear may be emotionally manipulating your decisions, and discover a sense of freedom which you may never have imagined exists.
